AUDIO RESPONSE (MSL) is a free automated telephone service that puts you in touch with your PWFCU accounts by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any touch-tone telephone. With our MSL line, you may transfer funds, verify deposits or cleared checks, confirm account balances, withdraw by check or advance on a loan.
It is easy to use because all the directions are provided to you when you call AUDIO RESPONSE. You only need to know your account number and your AUDIO RESPONSE Personal Identification Number (PIN). AUDIO RESPONSE tells you what you need to enter and when. It even tells you how to end the call.
